At least one 20-30 minute interruption some time during this window
When service comes back online, it will use the university's standard login page instead of the old e-biz login, and users who signed up for two-factor authentication will have that feature enabled.


PURPOSE

Enable two-factor authentication for users who require this
Switch the generic login page to use the University's standard single sign-on
