Facilities Management will be performing electrical work that will cause internet and telephone outages at the Ridges and University Courtyard, even in buildings that do not lose power.

UPDATE: Scheduled Power Outage - Ridges
Facilities Management has scheduled an 8-hour power outage on Saturday, June 17 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The following buildings will have no power during this outage. Please note, there will be no emergency backup power during this outage.

Building 3 Building 14 Building 24 Building 39
Building 4 Building 15 Building 31 Building 40
Building 5 Building 16 Building 32 Building 45
Building 6 Building 17 Building 33

The following buildings will not be affected by the electrical outage but may have other utilities affected (these buildings are expected to be without network and telephone service during the electrical outage)::

Building 21 Voinovich School – no domestic hot water or heat
Building 27 Child Development Center
Building 22 Voinovich School – no domestic hot water or heat
Ohio University Inn
This scheduled outage is needed to safely repair the overhead lines and make repairs to a transformer.
