Purpose
Blackboard Learn's server environment currently is experiencing high CPU utilization. We are starting to get user reports that Blackboard is running slowly. A restart of services is required to correct this issue.
Affected Services

  • Blackboard Learn

  • This issue also may affect services that can only be accessed from within Blackboard Learn like Panopto Lecture Capture.
