Purpose: Due to the Financial System Enhancements cutover, a number of systems will be unavailable and/or retired as detailed below. You can also find the full list of information here:

EE Lookup: retired 11/30 at 5:00 PM and replaced with Employee Lookup Dashboard in OBI

Employee Management System (EMS): retired 11/30 at 5:00 PM and replaced with Individual Compensation Distribution in Oracle on 12/12

FA View: available through cutover, retired on 12/15; available in OBI Finance Lookups Dashboard on 12/12

FMS Reports: available through cutover until March 2018

MailBarcode: unavailable 12/1 – 12/5; once available will use the new chart

NA Lookup: retired 11/30 at 5:00 PM and replaced with Object Code Lookup in the OBI Finance Lookups Dashboard

PO Summary View: retired 11/30 at 5:00 PM and replaced with PO Summary the OBI Finance Lookups Dashboard

Student Org Funds Available: retired 11/30 at 5:00 PM and will be replaced with Student Org Funds Available Dashboard in OBI on 12/12
