AFFECTED SERVICES:
Most university online services, including but not limited to:
Blackboard Learn
VMware Horizon View (VDI)
Oracle E-Business Suite & related apps
PeopleSoft SIS, My OHIO Student Center & related apps

IMPACT

Single interruption of at least 30 minutes some time during this window


PURPOSE

Repairs yesterday did not eliminate the network issues that have been affecting Athens campus printing and VDI. This work will bypass the problem areas in our equipment while vendor engineers continue to troubleshoot.
