Printing was unavailable in Alden Library from 8:00 am to 8:29 am and again from 9:20am to 9:30 am.

Cause: 100% CPU utilization on the Pharos print server. Restarting the server resolved the issue. Technicians continue to investigate why CPU usage spiked in the first place.
