We have received reports of issues with exam questions being covered up by the Save button within Blackboard.
This issue is occurring when:
· an exam is presenting the questions in the One at a Time option
· the exam questions have text that spans the entire width of the text editor box
Here is an example:
We do not yet know the extent of the issue. To find out if your test is affected, we recommend that you preview the exam. To do so:
· Go to the Content Area within your course where the exam is located
· Click on the exam
· When prompted select Begin
· Navigate through your test questions to see if you have any that are affected.
There are two potential workarounds for this issue.
1) If students have not yet begun the exam, you can edit the exam questions to keep them from extending the entire width of text editor box.
2) You can present the test All at Once instead of One at a Time
a) Go to the Content Area containing the exam
b) Hover over the title of the exam until the drop down arrow appears
c) Select Edit the Test Options from the drop down menu
d) Scroll to the bottom of the screen until you see Test Presentation
e) Change the option from One at a Time to All at Once
f) Click Submit
