During the maintenance window, customers will not be able to pay using these Blackboard tenders: Bobcat Cash, Flex Points, Meal Plans, and Guest / Departmental Print Cards. Bobcat Depot and all regional ID card production sites will be unable to produce new or replacement ID cards in IDWorks during the upgrade, and should refrain from launching IDWorks during the upgrade process. The Blackboard tenders shortcut and the web reporting site should not be used during the upgrade. This upgrade will not affect Sequoia Point of Sale Systems, cash sales, or credit card sales.
