From approximately 11:15 am to 12:30 pm today, we received scattered reports of wireless network inaccessibility. All reports have pertained to Wifi; the wired network and telephones seemed to be unaffected. Technicians have identified the problem and the wireless network (WiFi) is operational.
Root Cause: Equipment failure similar to what happened on Jan. 20. We have sent detailed information about the outage to our vendor, and they continue to work on a long-term solution to this issue.
