Resolved - Internet & Phones in Specific Buildings

During scheduled Contractor work at the Ridges yesterday at 5:05PM, fiber cuts interrupted the network at buildings that were not expected to be impacted (Ridges 10, Ridges 07 and Ridges 41). As of 7:25AM, Contractors have repaired the fibers and those buildings are now back on line and functioning normally.

Update - The login errors are related to a problem with the way the university's Microsoft licenses are applied. We have opened a top-priority support request with both Microsoft and the vendor who manages our licenses to fix this issue.
