Scheduled - We will be disabling Microsoft's "Remember Me" option for the web-based versions of Office 365 applications. This will not cause any service interruptions and will not change how you log in. Even if you have enabled this option, should not notice a change, because the option does not work consistently.

Reason for the change: The OHIO authentication process includes a security feature that logs you out after a specific period of inactivity for web applications. Microsoft's "Remember Me" option bypasses this.

Additionally, the Bobcat Depot and all regional ID card production sites will be unable to produce new or replacement ID cards in IDWorks during the upgrade, and should refrain from launching IDWorks during the upgrade process. Finally, the BbTs shortcut and the web reporting site should not be used during the upgrade. This will not affect Sequoia Point of Sale Systems, cash sales, or credit card sales.
