Please try that again in a few minutes." While we're focused on remediation, users can open Excel documents by downloading them and opening them in a local client.

Current status: We've detected an issue affecting a portion of infrastructure that handles requests for the Excel Online service. We're working to redirect traffic to healthy systems to remediate impact while we work to resolve the underlying issue.

Scope of impact: A few customers have reported this issue, and our analysis indicates that this issue could affect any user that is routed through the affected infrastructure.

Monitoring - Monitoring - OIT is sharing this advisory from Microsoft:

OneDrive for Business Incident SP99832 - OneDrive for Business (ODfB) synchronization and access issues

Status: Extended recovery

User impact: Affected users may be unable to synchronize file libraries or SharePoint sites with the ODfB client. Additionally, users may be unable to access documents that are stored on ODfB or SharePoint Online with the associated local client. In some rare scenarios, users may be unable to sign in to the OneDrive synchronization client. Impact is isolated to local OneDrive synchronization and associated Office 365 document clients. While we're working to remediate impact, affected users can access documents via the web client as an alternative method.

Current status: We tested the new network configuration and we've found that it did not remediate the issue. We're in the process of developing a new fix to apply to one of our test environments.

Scope of impact: A few customers reported this issue, and our analysis indicated that impact was specific to a subset of users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Preliminary root cause: A networking configuration update, intended to improve communications efficiency, resulted in increased throttling against the OneDrive for Business service once the update became saturated.

Exchange Online Incident EX100146: Conference room scheduling issues

Status: Service degradation

User Impact: Users are unable to book conference rooms from Outlook on the Web and the Outlook client. Other clients connecting to conference room schedules may also be affected. The free/busy status of conference rooms indicate that a room is free, however, users scheduling appointments will receive a decline message from the conference room account, and are unable to schedule a meeting.

Current status: Our investigation determined that a code issue was introduced by a recent update which caused cancelled meetings to remain as a scheduled occurrence for the system. We're gathering log data from the affected infrastructure in order to develop a fix.

Scope of impact: A few customers have reported this issue, and our analysis indicates that this issue could potentially affect any of your users if they are routed through the affected infrastructure.
