Purpose of the maintenance is to perform an upgrade to the OHIO ID & Transact systems. During the maintenance window users will be unable to pay using these Blackboard tenders: Bobcat Cash, Flex Points, Meal Plans, and Guest / Departmental Print Cards. Additionally, the Bobcat Depot and all regional ID card production sites will be unable to produce new or replacement ID cards in IDWorks during the upgrade, and should refrain from launching IDWorks during the upgrade process. Finally, the BbTs shortcut and the web reporting site should not be used during the upgrade. This will not affect Sequoia Point of Sale Systems, cash sales, or credit card sales.
