The issue still persists. Working with the vendor and will update at by end of day if it is not resolved.

SPSS Software
Users may see an expiration notice or be unable to use SPSS software. There are no workarounds at this time. The software was renewed with the vendor. The Office of Information Technology is waiting on the vendor to share the new license information with OHIO.
