During the maintenance window for the vendor to perform upgrades, all TeamDynamix applications at help.ohio.edu will be unavailable during the upgrade. This includes OIT and HCOM's ticketing and all self-service ticketing forms on help.ohio.edu. For assistance users can still email firstname.lastname@example.org
and once the maintenance is complete a ticket will be created.
