Service has been restored. Configuration changes have been made to scale the email processing service. Email messages are processing normally now. We will continue to monitor performance.

We are investigating reports of email processing issues where email messages are not successfully moving out of the Processed folder. We'll post an update as soon as possible.

This will cause email monitors to possibly duplicate email responses and create duplicate tickets.
