We have identified an outage affecting your service. We are working to determine the user impact and will provide information as it becomes available.
All SAP Concur Customers using the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are unable to log in and use our services. After filling in their credentials to SAP Concur website, users are receiving “Sorry something went wrong” error message and are unable to login. When trying to login to SAP Concur mobile app, Android users receive “Unable to sign in” error, while iOS users receive “Network connection error”.
