Internet & Phones in Specific Buildings

This work is part of our ongoing network upgrade project to provide improved performance and better reliability and is the conclusion of the private IP work in the affected buildings. If any device in these buildings continues to need a public IP address, an exception request will need to be submitted or else it will receive a private IP address as a result of this scheduled maintenance work. Without this proactive measure, your IP addresses will change, and your device may stop working.

During this maintenance window, the internet will be down for up to 15 minutes. If you are unable to connect once the maintenance is finished, restart your device and try again. If you are still having issues with connection, try clearing your browser cache.
