New tools to enhance email security will arrive in your inbox starting on November 9:
• All emails from external senders will be marked with a warning about links and attachments included
in the email.
• You’ll have the option to report suspicious emails directly from your email application.
These tools are designed to reduce phishing attacks, which are fraudulent emails designed to trick you
into disclosing sensitive information, often through deceptive links or attachments that install malicious software.
Users will not experience an outage in the maintenance window, the new tool will just appear during this window.
