Proctortrack Online Proctoring
December 18th, 6:00 PM

An update to Proctortrack, the university's enterprise remote proctoring application, will occur during the 6PM to midnight maintenance window on December 18, 2025. This update is required by the vendor in order to keep pace with the latest security and feature releases. While the change should not require an outage, students will need to download the new version of the Proctortrack application following the update and may notice a difference in the testing experience. Users should reference the Proctortrack self-help materials at https://help.ohio.edu or contact Proctortrack support at https://proctortrack.com/support if assistance is needed.
